At HCOA Fitness, a leader in the fitness industry in Puerto Rico with 13 gyms around the Island, we are looking for a Team Leader with a leadership mindset, focus on results, and a passion for customer service.

This position works directly with the Club Manager (GM) and serves as a leadership endorsement when the GM or ASM is not present.

What will you do as a Team Leader?

  • Support the Club Manager in the direction and motivation of the team.

  • Actively participate in sales and prospecting (referrals and cold prospecting).

  • Follow up on appointments, sales, and weekly personal and team production.

  • Support club trainings, meetings, and events.

  • Ensure a positive and professional experience for partners and collaborators.

  • Support customer service and retention initiatives.

  • Ensure the order, maintenance and presentation of the gymnasium.

  • Lead by example in attitude, punctuality and professional image.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • 1 year or more of sales and customer service experience.

  • Fitness experience (preferred, not required).

  • Availability for rotating schedules, including nights and weekends.
