At HCOA Fitness, a leader in the fitness industry in Puerto Rico with 13 gyms around the Island, we are looking for a Team Leader with a leadership mindset, focus on results, and a passion for customer service.

This position works directly with the Club Manager (GM) and serves as a leadership endorsement when the GM or ASM is not present.

What will you do as a Team Leader?

Support the Club Manager in the direction and motivation of the team.
Actively participate in sales and prospecting (referrals and cold prospecting).
Follow up on appointments, sales, and weekly personal and team production.
Support club trainings, meetings, and events.
Ensure a positive and professional experience for partners and collaborators.
Support customer service and retention initiatives.
Ensure the order, maintenance and presentation of the gymnasium.
Lead by example in attitude, punctuality and professional image.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
1 year or more of sales and customer service experience.
Fitness experience (preferred, not required).
Availability for rotating schedules, including nights and weekends.
