Job Description

The Fitness Sales Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling personal training programs, ensuring a high-quality experience for members and supporting the Fitness Director in the execution of the service.

Responsibilities

Sell personal training programs to new and existing partners
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Follow up with prospects and active customers
Support in the supervision of the quality of the training service
Maintain professional standards within the club

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary + commissions

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Sales experience
Personal Training Certification (ACE, NASM, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent)
Current CPR and First Aid Certification
Department of Recreation and Sports Certification
Availability for flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
Reliable Transportation
