HCOA Fitness, a leader in the fitness industry in Puerto Rico, is looking for certified fitness professionals who wish to develop in personal training sales and grow within a solid organization.

Job Description

The Fitness Sales Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling personal training programs, ensuring a high-quality experience for members and supporting the Fitness Director in the execution of the service.

Responsibilities

  • Sell personal training programs to new and existing partners
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Follow up with prospects and active customers
  • Support in the supervision of the quality of the training service
  • Maintain professional standards within the club

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Sales experience
  • Personal Training Certification (ACE, NASM, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent)
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certification
  • Department of Recreation and Sports Certification
  • Availability for flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
  • Reliable Transportation
